THE HUNTER

Breast of free range Grampian chicken stuffed with east coast langoustine with sweet potato dauphines

Pave of Eyemouth hot smoked salmon adorned with the finest Scottish seasonal leaves and wholegrain mustard béarnaise

Sirloin of Hardies Mill Angus beef with hand cut chips, a truffled duck egg, roasted flatcap mushroom, vine roasted cherry tomatoes and baby watercress

Pan fried polenta with roast garlic cherry tomato and butter bean broth and melba toasties

THE GATHERER

Creamy rhubarb brulee with home made shortbread

Chocolate mousse cappuccino

Champagne jelly with candied pear and pear brandy ice cream

Three rare Scottish cheeses served with Woollies oatcakes and homemade chutney
