It’s been too long since Georgie has graced Edinburgh with her stunning performances but you will delighted to hear Georgie will be performing at Hawke and Hunter on Wednesday 19th August. Come along to the Secret Garden from 8pm for a BBQ and to be wowed by Georgie’s passionate and autobiographic lyrics and striking voice.

Her songs evoke memories from our past and present with a whole lot of glamour, a few tears and more than a little bit of laughter. Music and music making has always been at the very centre of Georgie’s life. A varied and interesting career has seen appearances in musicals, performances with bands and even a session with native American drummers in theNevada desert. In 2004, she’d had enough and, picked up her guitar and left, flying over to New York and knocking on the door of Sony Music. They answered. A&R loved her, asked for a demo of original material and Georgie did just that, wowing them with her passionate and autobiographical lyrics. Since then, her songs have taken her all over the UK, Europe and as far afield as Cuba…and now Hawke and Hunter!
